Dr. Udai Shanker Awasthi is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of IFFCO since 1993. He is vested with the overall responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of IFFCO.

Mr. Rakesh Kapur holds the position of Joint Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of IFFCO. An ex-IRS Officer and a Mechanical Engineer from IIT,Delhi ,Mr.Kapur joined IFFCO as Jt. MD and CFO of IFFCO in 2005. Prior to joining IFFCO, Mr.Kapur served in senior positions in the Income Tax Department of the Govt. of India and several Public Sector Undertakings. A Post Graduate in Management, Mr. Kapur is on the Board of several companies including various IFFCO's subsidiaries like IFFCO Kisan Special Economic Zone (IKSEZ), Nellore and IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited (IKSL).

Mr. R. P. Singh is presently working as Director (HR & Legal) at Head Office, New Delhi. Mr.Singh holds a Masters degree in Labour and Social Work from Patna University and a PG Diploma in Social Sciences from Govt of Bihar. A seasoned HR & IR professional, Mr. Singh has been with IFFCO since 1996. At IFFCO, he has been instrumental in evolving HR policies of the organisation and finalizing long-term settlements with unions. An astute legal mind, he was also involved in implementation and due diligence activities of various mergers and acquisitions done by IFFCO. Besides IFFCO, Mr. Singh serves on the board of Edelweiss-Tokio Life Insurance Company Ltd., PHD Chamber of Commerce , IFFCO-MC Crop Science Pvt. Ltd., IFFCO E-Bazar Ltd, Kisan International Trading , Dubai, Indian Council of Arbitration, etc.

Mr. Gupta joined IFFCO as Director (Strategy & Joint Ventures) in December 2010. He is an alumnus of the prestigious IIT, Delhi and IIM, Kolkata. Before joining IFFCO as a full time director, Mr.Gupta served as an IRS officer at senior positions in the Govt. of India and its various undertakings. He has been instrumental in diversification of IFFCO and the restructuring of its several subsidiary companies. Besides IFFCO, Mr. Gupta serves on the board of various associate and subsidiary companies of IFFCO.

Mr. Yogendra Kumar holds the position of Marketing Director of IFFCO. He is responsible for planning & distribution of indigenous/imported fertiliser and sale through a vast network of Cooperative Societies spanning almost entire country. He has been instrumental in the expansion of product portfolio of IFFCO. Besides IFFCO, Mr. Kumar also serves on the board of IFFCO eBazar Ltd., IFFDC, IFFCO-MC Crop Science Pvt. Ltd., CORDET etc. Widely travelled, Mr. Kumar has written many articles on agriculture and is a strong proponent of cooperative development and socio-economic upliftment of Indian farmers.

Mr. Birinder Singh is presently working as Director (Corporate Services) at IFFCO’s corporate office in Delhi. He is responsible for identification and setting up of new projects, carrying out pre-project activities, analyzing fertiliser policy impact on society profitability and other corporate services. He is also holding the responsibility of setting up of Nano Fertiliser plants at Kalol and other locations. Mr.Singh has spent more than four decades of his service at IFFCO heading various critical assignments at different locations in India and abroad. He is a seasoned technocrat and is also a regular speaker at various fertilizer industry events and seminars.

Mr.G.K. Gautam currently holds the position of Director (Technical) at Head Office, New Delhi. Prior to this assignment, he was heading IFFCO’s ammonia-urea plant at Aonla. A Mechanical Engineer from I.I.T. Roorkee, he joined IFFCO's Phulpur Unit in November,1981. He has held various senior positions in Phulpur and Aonla plants of IFFCO and also served as in-charge of quality control during engineering, procurement and construction in Oman India Fertliser Company SAOC (OMIFCO).

Mr. D. G. Inamdar, Sr. Executive Director, is working as the head of IFFCO’s Kalol Unit since January, 2017. He has worked in various positions in maintenance department at Phulpur and Kalol Unit and has a vast experience in plant maintenance. He was instrumental in completion of Kalol Expansion Project and various phases of Energy Saving Project.

Mr. A.K. Gupta holds the position of Sr. Executive Director (IT Services) and heads the IT & e-commerce division in IFFCO at its Corporate Office, New Delhi. An engineering graduate from NIT, Kurukshetra, Mr.Gupta has been instrumental in leveraging Information Technology for improving the productivity & profitability of the organisation by optimizing the business processes. Widely travelled, he has addressed numerous prestigious IT Seminars across the globe also won many national and international IT awards for IFFCO.

Mr. K.J. Patel, Sr. Executive Director, heads the Paradeep Unit of IFFCO. He is a Mechanical engineer from Saurashtra University, Gujarat and has a rich experience spanning 32 years in the maintenance of Nitrogenous and Phosphatic fertiliser plants. Prior to joining Paradeep Unit in the year 2012, he has worked for Kalol unit for 23 years in various capacities. A widely travelled technocrat, Mr. Patel has delivered many presentations and contributed many papers in various national and international platforms in the field of plant maintenance technologies.

Mr Rakesh Puri is a Chemical Engineering Graduate having a vast experience in various fields such as Project Management, Engineering & Ammonia plant Operations and has been instrumental in execution of various projects including Aonla Expansion Project, Energy Saving and Capacity Enhancement Projects. A widely travelled technocrat, Mr. Puri has delivered presentations and shared the rich experience through papers in various national and international platforms on fertilizer technologies. He has been in IFFCO contributing to the Fertilizer Industry for more than 35 years. Currently, he holds the position of Sr. Executive Director and is heading the Aonla Unit.

Mr. Nakul Pathak is presently working as Sr.Executive Director (HR) at IFFCO’s Head Office in Delhi. Mr. Pathak joined IFFCO as a GET in the year 1985 and has held various key positions in different capacities in his three decade long stint in the organisation. He has worked on a number of technical projects like construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning of fertiliser plants in India and Oman. In his current role Mr.Pathak is responsible for almost all the key functions in the HR domain and has successfully led various path-breaking initiatives since he joined the HR function in 2012. He is associated with professional bodies like NHRDN, AIMA, DMA, NIPM and is regularly invited for chairing sessions by management development institutes and industry forums.

Mr. K N Joshi is presently working as Executive Director (Commercial). Mr. Joshi joined IFFCO in the year 1982, he has about 30 years of experience in various capacities at IFFCO’s Aonla & Kalol Unit and also International assignment at Egypt. Since 2012, he is posted at Corporate Office and is primarily looking after the raw material imports, Commercial & Procurement activities in close coordination with all Fertiliser plants of IFFCO.

Mr. O P Dayama, Executive Director, has taken over the charge of IFFCO Kandla Unit with effect from 01.11.2019. He completed his graduation in B.E. (Chemical Engineering) and started his career as Graduate Engineer Apprentice at IFFCO's Phulphur Unit. In his career spanning over three decades with IFFCO, Mr. Dayama has worked extensively in projects, plant commissioning and operations at Phulphur and Kalol Plants. He has also contributed his expertise in IFFCO’s overseas joint venture OMIFCO, Oman.

Mr.Sanjay Kudesia, Executive Director, is presently working as Plant Head of Phulpur Unit. Mr.Kudesia holds a B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, BHU. He Joined IFFCO as a GET in November'85. Since then he has worked in different capacities at Aonla Unit & OMIFCO, Oman. He was also involved in the turnaround and rehabilitation work of the newly acquired Paradeep complex fertiliser plant in 2005. He was working as P&A head at Phulpur prior to his elevation as unit head in 2021.

Mr. Devender Kumar is presently working as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) and looking after the finance functions of IFFCO. Mr. Kumar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He joined IFFCO in the year 1987 and has held various key positions related to Corporate Budgeting, Corporate Accounting, Working Capital Management and Audit during his 35 year stint with IFFCO. Mr.Kumar has attended various programs on Finance and General Management in India and abroad and is an active member on the Board and Committees of various subsidiaries of IFFCO in India and abroad.

Mr Kallingal is presently working as Executive Director (Transportation) and is taking care of the inland logistics of IFFCO, including rail & road transportation, rake handling, storage operations, coastal & inland river movement of Fertilisers. Mr. Kallingal holds a B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engg from GECT, Calicut University. He commenced his career as GET at IFFCO Phulpur in January, 1986. Thereafter he served IFFCO in different capacities at Head Office & Marketing Division. He headed the Marketing Operations of IFFCO at Kerala as SMM for six years and later for a brief period at Rajasthan. He has considerable experience in the fields of Plant Maintenance, grass root level fertiliser marketing, contracting procedure, shipping, port operations, warehousing, logistics & transportation of fertilizers. He was involved in IFFCO’s pioneering step of Coastal movement, as an alternative transport mode for the Fertiliser Industry.

Mr. Atul Kumar Garg is presently working as Executive Director at IFFCO’s corporate office in New Delhi. Mr.Garg holds an engineering degree and has worked in various key positions at different plants of IFFCO.
